Tried to install Linux, and Windows do not loading

Sorry for English, it's simply than to do translate and now I haven't Russian language. So at first i loaded Linux Crunchbang directly from DVD-ROM. Next I turned off the PC and went to study. And, finally, now I tryed to install Linux. My Windows system is on C disk. There are two parts: C and D. Both format is NTSF. So, as I see, one is not supported by Linux? So I couldn't load it because of I could just wrongly defragment parts. So I turned PC off and next tried to load Windows. And there appeared a message about system was corrupted. I don't know about toms etc, just don't know, what Linux is. So what is it and what can I do now? Just use a repairing CD? Answers on Russian, please, maybe will use a translate feature next
