Possible, I don't understand you correctly, but the number of concurrent events - there is number. See attachment "EVENTS_3". Start macro "Main". Cell "K6" will contain amount overlaying events, which are labeled by red colour in column "H". Also, see the example by means of user's function in attachment "EVENTS_4". Naturally, the second example is without colouration cells.
Unless it is correct, you give example, as this must be made.

Thank you SAS, ...I have attached the picture which visualizes the events.....I need to calculate NEXT to each event how man events are STILL open - started and not finished yet...Hoping to hear form you soon!)
