SQL server 2012 error

Привет всем! При инсталляции SQL Server 2012 программа установки показала,что проблемы возникли по пунктам "Management tools " и "Client tools ". Error file :

Вопрос: так как я пока только учусь программировать, то если вместо текущей management studio developer установить management studio express то смогу ли я с таким же результатом писать программы как и в в версии developer.
Под результатом я имею в виду в первую очередь не скорость написания, а функциональность программы .
