Lookup Question

Hello!
I have two series of dates – one daily series and the other is the hourly series – running in parallel. The daily series has the values which correspond to them – YES and NO columns which can be either 1 or 0. I need for each line on the hourly series to have the corresponding value of the YES and NO from the daily sheet. I am not sure how this can be done.
Any help is hugely appreciated,

Sheet "HOURS" has formulas in columns "E:F". But... Beforehand, You should execute macro "ConvDates" that format cells alike, and that formulas had no mistake.

hello!))) thanks for your as usual very helpful reply. Do you think this kind of a lookup can be doen with teh formulas alone? I ask htis because I am just showing you a prototype of the oroginal workbook which is much more complex. Thanks a lot!)

Naturally, when you will use the formulas in the other sheet, you must correct the address and ranges, on which formulas cite. Also if it is required, macro can do all itself. But then you will must to change the references to cells in code of macro. Else possible, that will take to define the range of the table. Do you want, that I will have developed such macro? You must explain me, how to do it.

Thank you for your answer...I am sorry I was away I could not answer you immediately..I just need a solution that can use only the formulas - the macro is great but here I need the only-formula solution...so do you think it is possible to do?))

If cells in columns "A" have an alike format, that you don't need for macro.
Otherwise formulas will not help you.
